  • Custom Configuration: Support for custom download parameters and metadata
  • Local Storage: All downloaded content is saved only on your local device

2. User Responsibilities and Compliant Use

By using our Service, you agree to:

2.1 Basic Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Protect account security and not share accounts with others
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not abuse or damage the Service
  • Use service resources reasonably to avoid excessive system burden

  • Lifetime Membership: One-time payment for permanent access

  • Membership services take effect from the date of purchase
  • Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices and features at any time
  • Price adjustments do not affect the rights of already purchased memberships

3.3 Membership Benefits

  • Enjoy all features of the corresponding level during the membership period
  • After membership expires, you will automatically be downgraded to a free user
  • Membership benefits are immediately restored upon renewal

  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

4.2 User Content

  • You retain ownership of all downloaded content
  • We do not claim any rights to the content you download
  • You are solely responsible for the copyright of downloaded content
  • We only serve as a technical tool provider and are not responsible for the content itself

4.3 Third-Party Content

  • Content downloaded from third-party platforms belongs to their original copyright owners
  • You should comply with the copyright policies of the content's original source platform
  • We are not responsible for third-party platform content

5. Disclaimers

5.1 Service Provision

  • The Service is provided "as is"
  • We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • We do not guarantee that download functions will be permanently available on all platforms

5.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Functionality failures caused by third-party platforms changing their APIs or policies
  • Download failures caused by network connection or device issues
  • IP restrictions caused by unreasonable use of channel monitoring features
  • Data loss or service interruptions
  • Your actions that violate third-party platform policies
  • Copyright issues of downloaded content

5.3 No Warranties

  • We do not guarantee download speed and quality
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party platform content

6. Service Changes and Termination

8. Dispute Resolution

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

  • If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in the court where we are located

9. Other Terms

9.1 Entire Agreement

9.3 Language

The Chinese version of this Agreement is the official version. In case of translated versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
